• This week’s cover package outlines the big risks that might tip America’s presidential election in favour of President Joe Biden or Donald Trump. There are many issues that could boost one candidate or the other, including the economy, the border and abortion. But, as this week’s cover leader notes, there are also three other important areas of uncertainty. One of them, third-party candidates, is the topic of an in-depth briefing.
