"Monitoring and Evaluation of the performance of the NBTC, Office of the NBTC and Secretary-General of the NBTC Annual Report 2020 Pursuant to the relevant law, the committee has prepared a monitoring and evaluation report of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), the Office of the NBTC and the Secretary-General of the NBTC for the year 2010. Section 73 stipulates that the report under section 72 shall at least has the following contents:
(1) The operational results of the NBTC, the Office of the NBTC and the Secretary-General of the NBTC
(2) Report on facts or observations based on the performance of the NBTC in relation
to performing effectively and consistent with the government policy including opinions and
recommendations
(3) Suggestions on an annual report the NBTC made under section 76
(4) Other relevant issues that should be reported to the NBTC, the National Assembly
or the public, the details of which are contained in this report."
